10 Year Limited Warranty

As a designer of high quality portable sound absorption products, we are proud to stand behind our VocalBoothToGo® products and offer original purchasers a 10 year limited warranty on most of our products against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Exceptions are mechanical and electric products.

These are third party products and covered by 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty, as outlined in the product’s specification.

This warranty is not transferable and proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty service- which is limited to repair or replacement at the discretion of VocalBoothToGo.com. This warranty does not apply to accessories included as free items in the VocalBoothToGo® products.

Any alterations to VocalBoothToGo.com products without written consent from VocalBoothToGo.com will void this warranty. 

What is NOT covered?  This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, incorrect power voltage, water, normal wear and tear, transport damage, abuse, vandalism, alteration, or lack of reasonable care.

Do not allow the fan to overheat! If you feel the fan motor is getting hot – turn the fan off and let it cool off. If the fan is left working for extended periods of time in a hot environment the plastic may melt and the fan will stop working. Allowing the fan to overheat will void the warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by Shipping or Freight Company mishandling. Should the carrier damage your product, a claim should immediately be filed with the carrier. Most carriers offer insurance against loss or damage.

To initiate the Warranty claim please contact VocalBoothToGo for a return material authorization (RMA) number by reaching out to Customer Care via chat, email, or phone. Please describe the issue with the product, when the problem started and what caused the problem to occur. 

VocalBoothToGo will investigate the issue and at its own discretion decide if the problem was an actual manufacturer’s defect or the result of misuse, and what measures should be taken.  Repairs or product replacement under warranty are entirely up to the VocalBoothToGo discretion and does not renew or extend the warranty period.

Under this warranty, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges of the original product both to and from the VocalBoothToGo.com office after the repair is completed.

This warranty is subject to change and can be modified at Vocalboothtogo.com at any time.
