At VocalBoothToGo.com we stand behind our products.  All acoustic products are tested by a professional acoustic lab to certify its performance. View the test results here.

They are utility products, not designer goods.  They do a great job absorbing sound, but some imperfections in stitching, etc may occur.

We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders received after 12 p.m. EST will fall on the next business day. All stock items will be shipped FedEx ground (no signature required) within 1 to 2 business days regardless of the shipping option, either ground or 2nd day, next day, or overnight.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED: If you live in a known area that packages are not safe to be left at your address, you need to specify that you would like us to ship to you “signature required” to make sure our products arrive at you safe.

We cannot guarantee same-day shipping on ANY order.  Processing time is in addition to shipping time. If you have a specific day you wish to receive your product, please make sure to let us know either in the Note Section of your online order form AND also send an email to [email protected]. Please make sure to include your order number in the email.

VocalBoothToGo.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays.  If you cancel the order AFTER it was shipped, please do not refuse the delivery, even if you did not receive it by the time you had expected. Regular return procedures apply as described below.

TIP: We encourage you to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager alerts. FedEx Delivery Manager is a solution that gives residential package recipients more control over their deliveries and allows them to receive alerts, request a hold for pick up at a convenient location, sign for packages online, provide delivery instructions, and request a vacation hold. After your shipment is processed we will email you the tracking number. Be advised that your shipment won’t start to track until it has been picked up. If you did not receive your order 10 days after it was shipped, please email [email protected] so we can help you track your order.

International shipments will incur additional Customs, Entry, and Duty fees.  Customs and Duty taxes must be PREPAID. We will email you an estimated cost after the order is processed. If for some reason you did not receive this estimate email within 1 to 2 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and please email [email protected] or call 240-578-4084.

Canada:  International order returns in addition to shipping and restocking fee, customers will be responsible for customs clearance fees both ways.

Rest of the World: Due to high shipping and customs and duty costs, and currency fluctuations, Returns from all other countries are NOT ACCEPTED. All sales are final.

Customized orders and specialty Made to Order products

All custom made blankets will need additional production time — from 3 business days to 3 weeks, depending on the order. Adding custom grommets to a blanket makes it a customized product.   PVC frames are made to order and considered to be a custom orders. PVC frames returns are not accepted. No Refunds.
Custom made products can not be returned.  

RETURNS

Should you want or need to return your product, please read the following policy.

1. You have 5 days to inspect the product and to inform VocalBoothToGo about any damages or problems with the product. If you discover shipping damage, please make every attempt to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the loss or damage. Please send digital images to [email protected] with the order number and tracking number from the package. VocalBoothToGo, Inc. will decide at its own discretion if the product needs to be repaired, or replaced, or returned for a refund.

2. You have 15 days from the receipt of the product, according to the carrier’s delivery date, to return the product if there was any damage or defect.

3. You have 30 days to return the product after you receive it if there is nothing wrong with the product, but you changed your mind and/or do not want to have the product anymore.  NOTE the product should be in a NEW, “ready to be sold” state in order to get a refund.  USED PRODUCTS are NOT ACCEPTED. If you have washed or laundered the blankets before the 30 days, this will also void the return policy.

If the product is not damaged and return is due to a change of mind, change of circumstances, ordered by mistake, does not work as expected, or any other reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, return charges and a 20% restocking fee.

No returns and No refunds accepted after 30 days.

The product must be returned unused in its original packaging and ready to be resold.  Used, discounted, altered or customized products are not returnable or refundable.

To return a product, please ship it to 7311 Grove Rd, STE B-200, Frederick, MD 21704, shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case you received a damaged product, and we agreed to the return, send an email to [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address to send the merchandise to. Mark the RMA clearly on the outside of your package and return to us with prepaid —  (We will not accept C.O.D.).

We recommend insuring & tracking the package. Once items are received and processed the refund will be deposited back in your credit card account or PayPal within 5-7 days, sometimes sooner depending on the day of the week. You will receive a confirmation of the refund via email.

RETURN SHIPPING:

If you are returning the blankets because you changed your mind or made a mistake – Please ship it back to

 7311 Grove Rd, Ste 200, Frederick, MD 21704 for a refund.

if you requested and received a return label please be aware that we expect the return in the ORIGINAL packaging.  “ORIGINAL” means that if the actual original box is not available, the shipping box must be of the same size.  If the blankets were shipped in a bundle then the return package must not exceed the size of the original bundle.  If you ship the return in a package that triggers an oversized package fee, the SHIPPER (you) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OVERSIZED PACKAGE FEES.

Upon the receipt, the products will be inspected for wear and tear. 

If the products will be in “As New” condition – refund will be issued within 3 – 5 business days.

USED PRODUCTS, Products with Dog hair,  Nail holes etc.  WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order BEFORE it was shipped for a full refund less processing fees.

If you have to cancel AFTER the order has been shipped, this will be treated as “Change of mind return” subject to Shipping charges and 20% restocking fee.

If you have an order that has multiple products, such as specialty and custom made, along the stock products,  if a portion of the order was shipped before the cancellation request – that portion will ne treated and “Change of Mind return”

REFUNDS

1.  CANCELLATION. Order was cancelled before it was shipped: Full refund less Payment processing fees as charged by the payment processor ( Credit card processor of PayPal)

2. DAMAGED PRODUCT.  if the product had manufacturer’s defect, or it was our error – we will either send replacement or issue a Full refund after the original product is received back in stock.

3. CHANGE OF MIND.  if the product was returned because you changed your mind or circumstances changed, carrier delay etc. – we will refund the Cost of the product less 20% restocking fee.   AFTER The product was returned back in stock.  Shipping charges in both directions are NOT refundable.

4. LOST  or UNDELIVERED product claims.   In case you did not receive your order within 7 days after it was shipped , please alert us as soon as possible!  We will contact the Carrier to start investigation.  If the tracking number shows that the product was delivered – we consider it delivered. .   We will still start investigation on your behalf, but if the carrier reports that the shipment was delivered, then NO REFUND is due.  If the product is indeed lost, we will try to recover the shipment from the carrier and Ship you a replacement.

5. No Refunds and No Returns after 30 days from the time the order was delivered.

If you received a product that has missing parts or damaged, such as ripped, torn, or soiled,  please let us know right away ( within 5 days after receipt of your order product)  so we can take care of the problem.  Please send the description of the problem with images to [email protected].
We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible by either offering a discount or replacement of the product, depending on the damage.

ATTENTIONThe blankets are designed for sound absorption.  It is a utility product, so some imperfections are acceptable and should be expected, and do not constitute a damaged product.
Such as:  

Missing threads,  loose threads, inconsistent tension of the thread, double stitching, lines not straight and so on.

Weight variations, some blankets can be lighter and some heavier.

Blanket size is approximate +/-  2-3 inches  (This is due to the soft and fluffy nature of the product.).

Grommets. Grommets distributed evenly along the 80 inch side approximately 11-12 inches apart. Attention: grommets are placed manually, so the actual distance between grommets or from a grommet to the edge of the blanket is not exact.  Occasionally grommet can be missing or bent, this may happen when the blankets are shipped as a bundle, due to compression.

Spots and stains, and discoloration. Occasionally on the White side of the blankets, there might be some small spots and stains, that are visible on the white surface of the blanket.  The size of those droplets is usually not larger than a dime, and there may be some extended trace 2-3 inches.  We think this might come from a drop of oil that might have dropped on the fabric during the quilting process.  White fabric might not be of the exact same shade, especially if blankets are from two different batches.  Occasionally there could be a darker line going across the white surface of the blanket.

“Dust” or “:Lint” on the surface.  The blankets are being compressed at the factory and this process expels some of the inside filler particle that settles on the surface of the blankets and looks like dust. This is normal, and does not constitute a defect.  Once the blanket taken out of the bundle – it will expand and the lint will not be coming out.

These or similar issues do not reduce the sound absorption efficiency of the product and do not constitute a faulty product.   We do want to hear about that because we are constantly working with our manufacturer on improving production quality, but these small imperfections do not qualify as a “damaged” product.

IMPORTANT: when you get blankets by a dozen DO NOT USE A KNIFE to open the bundle!!!!  Use scissors or a metal cutter.  When using a knife you might cut the blankets inadvertently.   Blankets with cuts like that are considered to be damaged by the user.   And will not be accepted for return.

NOTE: small cuts are not going to make the blanket unusable,  the filler will not come out and the fabric will not fall apart. 

Solutions: If you find some of the imperfections described above, Please do let us know, we will try to find a solution that will work for you.
Thread.  For missing thread, we offer no discounts or replacement.  Unless the thread is completely messed up, which does not happen very often.  Please send a picture we will review the claim.

Spots and discoloration.  If the spots are smaller than the size of a dime, we offer no remedy.   If spots are large, please send us the image, we may offer a 5% discount., or replace the blanket.

Grommets.  If two or more grommets are missing on a blanket, we may offer you a 5% discount for that blanket. If all grommets are missing, we will replace the blanket.

ORDER CHANGE POLICY

You may only change your order if it has not yet been completed. Orders are considered completed once a FedEx shipping label has been created.

If you see no movement on your tracking number, after the order has been marked as completed, you can still request a change for a $35 order change fee.

Once the movement has taken place, no changes can be made to your order. For any changes, after tracking movement, you will have to go through the return process.

The deadline for order changes or cancellations is 3:30 pm EST.
