Acoustic Blanket for Sound Absorption Producer’s Choice, Black on one side, and White on the other side, VB-70. This brand of acoustic blanket exceeds any other blankets in sound absorption capacity. This is like our original popular Producer’s Choice Sound Blanket – on Steroids! We changed the stitch pattern to straight 2” wide design which makes the blanket twice as thick as the Zig-Zag stitched blanket of the same weight. Increased thickness improves sound absorption and noise reduction quality of the blankets.

The black and white color provides versatility in accommodating special light reflection requirements.

The blankets are filled with sound absorptive recycled cotton fibers with the outer material made from cotton-mix fabric. These are very nice soft, thick blankets designed for soundproofing with enhanced acoustic qualities compared to moving blankets.

Before buying these blankets, be aware that the measurements are from BEFORE they fill them. I ordered several blankets that were supposed to be 72x80, and one was 69x80 and the another was 68x80.

I was lucky it didn't matter for one of them, but the other blanket doesn't cover the area it was meant for. I now have a blanket that is useless to me. I will never buy another product from this company. They gave me an apology and an explanation about the sizes, but I don't think that was good enough.

In their reply email to me, they pointed out that it described the sizing in their FAQ. But get real, to find that info. I had to scroll through several pages. Consumers are expecting the sizes on the product page to match what they receive.
